Clean hotel, attentive employees at the reception desk. Brand-new, beautifully presented unit with beautiful view and very comfortable bed plus the mirrors. The pool area is nice too. Fabulous food at the poolside restaurant.

Location was very handy to town, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, made to feel most welcome.

Sky. Thought from your website, that the room we choose has sky digital. Yes, it had sky digital, only I thought this would have come with more channel choices rather than just the one movie, one sport, thought it would have had the sky movies 1 2 3, and sky sport 1 2 and 3

Comfortable room and close to The Polynesian Spa. Also close to where I was working.

Room service food is limited and too expensive.

We had a blast at the pool every evening and enjoyed the fine lake view. The clean and spacious room.

Convenient, all services that you would expect from an International Hotel.

I have stayed at the Hotel on several occassions but there seems nothing that indicates this to check in staff which slows down the whole process.

Good and magnificent location, 5 minutes' walk to The Spa Rotorua. Good service within 10 km of the airport.

Everything was fabulous, so were NICE views to lake. The room was well-equipped and had private bathroom plus tea and coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. The rate was US$ 191. The location was good for walking around Tamaki Maori Village. It also was even to big supermarket.

View of the lake was great, as was the location next to 2 thermal baths, and close to tourist info., Cafes and shops.Very nice setting around the pool for breakfast. Room spacious, comfortable and quiet. Excellent customer service.

Could do with a few more tv channels.

Staying at this hotel was convenient for exploring Rotorua. We had a fantastic day at Puarenga Park and playing a quick round at the nearby Motutara Golf Course. The beds were cozy, and the lobby area offered a nice vibe, including three teenagers.

In my wife's opinion, the room lacked basic amenities for families. It would be great to have more utensils and toiletries available, especially when traveling with kids.

I particularly like the decor, it's very warm and welcoming.

I always find hotel pillows uncomfortable, always. My pillow preference is foam rubber - or memory foam. I'd really like it if hotels offered guests a choice of pillows, maybe a foam pillow in the wardrobe as a 'spare'? - This trip I brought my own pillow and slept better than I ever have in a hotel.
